Snapmaker J1 modified for Klipper

How to reproduce

Use the attached test files. Printer definition is contained in both and is the same.
Slice these with Orcaslicer 2.3.1 and 2.3.2-rc2, . Check the generated g-code for extruder changes and temperature change commands

Actual results

Any file sliced with 2.3.2-rc2 lacks any M104 commands, so the first tool change will fail with extruder too cold. Neither there are temperature change backs when switching to the first extruder.

When slicing with the 2.3.2-rc2, the priming tower is automatically placed far outside of the plate unless it was moved manually before that.

Expected results

M104 commands are generated as in 2.3.1. The priming tower is not moved outside the plate.
