2.3.2-rc2 build 61870631

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

Win11

Additional system information

Decent beefy machine will 12 cores of i9 and 64gig ram

Printer

Giga

How to reproduce

Under cooling, minimum speed - set to say 150mm/sec
slice
Look at the speed legend on the gcode preview

Actual results

All speeds in my case were well under that minimum speed set

You can even set the max volumetric to some crazy high number like 170 instead of 17 just as a test to see if its honored and its not. Speeds as low as 2mm/sec exist even with values that should never see anything near that low.
