Fan speed on support interface not working properly #289

Additional system information

So I've been trying to get my support settings dialed in, except whenever I try to make the supports break off easily by setting the support settings to 100%, it only affects all the layers up until the 3rd-highest interface layer, not all of the interface layers.

Printer

Elegoo Centauri Carbon 1

How to reproduce

Enable supports with top layers
Open filament settings
Go to cooling
Change support interface fan speed to 100%

Actual results

Expected results
