Is there an existing issue for this problem?

  • I have searched the existing issues

OrcaSlicer Version

2.3.2-RC2

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

Windows 11

Additional system information

No response

Printer

Anycubic Kobra 3

How to reproduce

When selecting Upload and Print, an error is given "Error uploading to print host: HTTP 500: {"error": "[10011725] The device cannot parse the file"}"

Actual results

Printer seems to receive the file, but fails to parse. I have gotten it to parse, but then the printer stays in the preheating stage.

Expected results

Printer receives file and starts the printing process.

Project file & Debug log uploads

N/A

Checklist of files to include

  • Log file
  • Project file

Anything else?

Image

I tried re-adding the printer as new and had the same issue. I also tried another windows 11 computer. I reverted back to the stable version and I was able to print as usual.
