ArtProvider uses default font from system that causes difference between windows and linux
used SetFont for ArtProvider and window Title to match fonts
linux still sligtly bigger but better then previous

No visible difference on Windows
Linux Cinnamon > issue not exist
Fedora KDE > font size matches with windows, slightly smaller compared to current

• Button sizes calculated differently on linux. most of icons based icons doesnt have right padding. i assume its a wxWidgets issue
