How to reproduce

The new dropdown for filament feels sluggish. Click onto Bambu, the submenu shows. Move over to "Generic", the submenu does not show.

Actual results

After the first hover, it seems selecting "Bambu/Generic" requires a click AND then a mouse movement to show the submenu. I'd expect just hovering there would be enough like when hovering for the first time.

Expected results

Hover over the groups should immediately show the submenu.
TBH I would also appreciate an option to flatten these together. I don't have enough profiles to warrant this, but I did not find option to flatten the menus (like the 2.3.0 release had).
