How to reproduce

Enable Keep fan always on, Force cooling for overhangs and bridges in filament settings, set Overhang cooling activation threshold 10% and Overhangs and external bridges fan speed 100%. Slice plate and open Preview - Fan. Then disable Keep fan always on slice and compare.

Version 2.3.1 and previous often crashes when the Wi-Fi connection drops and it tries to send a print job. Also, Windows does not switch the language when multiple instances of the program are running and you press the hotkeys as usual. If you press them slowly, one at a time, it does switch.
