This PR adds the ability to assign None/Pan/Rotate to the Left, Middle, and Right mouse buttons individually.

This is addressing issues https://github.com/SoftFever/OrcaSlicer/issues/4440 and https://github.com/SoftFever/OrcaSlicer/issues/7272
