How to reproduce

Make a modifier attached to a plate.
Copy paste the modifier to another plate
The modifier scale value will remain the same but the actual dimensions are much smaller than they should be.

It looks like the modifier's original decimal scale is being used for the copy's new size value.

Expected results

The copied modifier's incorrect values
