Printer

FlashForge Adventurer 5M firmware version: 3.1.5 (latest)

How to reproduce

Use Orca to slice the attached STL. Look at layers 1 and 2. That is where My Printer stops, where you see very tiny print snippets in the tips of the Wolfs Fir. I have this problem on more and more prints lately. I have recently updated to Orca 2.3.1 I was using the last version also and the weekly Devs to try and resolve. I've fixed the STLs with no luck.

To Print I go to another Sic3r, Ultimaker, or other...

Orca makes tiny snippets of printing into sharp corners and points which, my printer will not print.

Printer Stops.
The slice slices without a problem - However, The slicer makes too small of points, turns, snippets to print that my FlashForge AD5M will stop.

Can you tell me or create a different path algorithm, which will either omit the tiny sections of print or to auto-adjust the lines to either fill on a long pass or omit and leave the tiny sections. The spots are so small I don't think the squash out of filament would leave much of a gap.

I've made adjustments to line widths in all the sections. I've adjusted the precision, too. Sometimes this works. But, it's happening too frequently, takes many failed attempts, too. Yes, I look at the paths in the slicer. Some areas I simply can't get Orca to fill.

Actual results

When the slicer processes STL/STEP with sharp corners, points, or objects close together which creates a sharp section/corner/point the printer can not do the command and stops.

Expected results

I expect the slicer to not make such minute commands. I expect the printer to print.
