With the ability to set initial_layer_travel_speed, it can be noted that the initial/first layer travel follows initial_layer_acceleration rather than travel_acceleration.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the ability to set an independent initial_layer_travel_acceleration.
Since the primary purpose of a reduced accel on the first/initial layer is to help promote better bed adhesion from printed lines, there is generally little reason for this to remain the case during travel moves for higher performance printers.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Changing initial layer travel to use travel_acceleration instead of initial_layer_acceleration. However, this could have the negative affect of causing first layer adhesion issues with the ends of printed lines getting pulled up if travel_acceleration is set too high for some machines/prints. Adding a new setting allows the user to choose if a higher initial layer acceleration is feasible for their machine or the specific print, setting it higher if so, and lower if not.
