Modifiers causing inadequate bottom shells if only modifying a portion of the bottom shell layers. #1844

How to reproduce

Insert a modifier to only set the bridge layer to print infill first. You can either size some cubes or make a model specifically for it. I made a model specifically for it. Then I had to make a second model to make another modifier to change the area above it to all solid infill so that it would print somewhat correctly.

Actual results

This is with the modifier only on the bridge layer. You can see it prints SPARSE INFILL directly above the bridge and it starts the sparse infill at Z height 4.7 when it should be 5.5. It prints ONLY THE BRIDGE LAYER as the bottom shell!

Expected results

Here is how it SHOULD slice. Once above the modifier, it should slice normally and complete the bottom shell.

Project file & Debug log uploads

No debugging files generated. This is another slicing error just like the internal overhangs that I haven't heard a word about! The sad thing is, ALL SLICERS do this!

It's very disappointing that there isn't an option for another slicer that doesn't contain these bugs!
