Description

Breaking Changes: No, this PR introduces new files and does not modify any existing, official printer profiles. It should have no impact on current Orca Slicer users.

Dependencies: The profile requires the default Orca Slicer installation and is designed to work with standard [Mks-Robin-Nano-Marlin2.0-Firmware-master] firmware. It has been tested and verified to perform well on my personal machine.

Tests

1Tests

I have performed extensive testing on the Dmaker printer profile to ensure optimal performance and print quality.

Test Method 1: User Interface (UI) Verification

Action: Verified that all printer settings (nozzle size, bed dimensions, G-code scripts) appear correctly in the Orca Slicer interface.
Result: The UI accurately reflects the Dmaker's hardware specifications.

Test Method 2: Quality Object Print Test

Action: Sliced and printed a standard test object ( a calibration cube) using the default settings in the new Dmaker profile.
Filament Used: [e.g., Generic green PLA]
Settings: Used optimized speed, layer height, and G-code sequences defined in this PR.
Result: The printed object exhibited excellent layer adhesion, minimal stringing/ghosting, and dimensional accuracy, confirming the profile's effectiveness for quality prints.

Test Method 3: Specific Parameter Verification

Action: Tested specific changes like the updated starting G-code and higher speeds.
Result: The new G-code ensures proper bed leveling and heating, and the increased speeds were achieved without print failures or quality reduction.

Include details such as: > * What issue does this PR address or fix? This PR addresses the lack of an official, high-quality printer profile for the [DMAKERS MS1] within Orca Slicer. This allows new users of this printer to have a seamless setup experience without manual configuration, promoting better default print quality and compatibility. > * What new features or enhancements does this PR introduce? This PR introduces several new configuration files: New Machine Profile: A complete configuration ([DMAKERS].json) for the printer hardware, including: Correct physical parameters: Precise build volume, bed shape (square), and nozzle size. Optimized G-code: Custom start and end G-code sequences tailored for this specific printer and its firmware (Marlin). Default Presets: Includes optimized default process and generic filament (PLA/PETG/ABS) settings to ensure high performance and reliability out of the box. Tuned Settings: The speed, acceleration, layer height, and retraction settings have been carefully tuned for optimal performance and print quality on this specific hardware. > * Are there any breaking changes or dependencies that need to be considered? -->Breaking Changes: No, this PR introduces new files and does not modify any existing, official printer profiles.
