I have searched the existing issues

2.3.2 build c724a3f5

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

Windows 11 Pro 25H2 build 26200.8037 64 bit

Additional system information

CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900 (2.00 GHz)
RAM 32,0 GB (31,7 GB utilizzabile)

Graphic card Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB

Printer

Prusa XL 2TH

How to reproduce

Open Orca 2.3.2
New peoject
Go to a standard printer profile (I used Prusa XL 5T)
Edit it (I went to "Multimaterial" and reduced "Extruders" from 5 to 2)
Save profile with a new name

Actual results

Orca crashes with this message

Expected results

Orca saves the new printer custom profile
