How to reproduce

In Preferences set "Allow only one OrcaSlicer instance" to true (checkmark)
Restart OrcaSlicer
Open any project (new empty project is enough)
Open any Printables "Open in OrcaSlicer" link

Actual results

There are no results produced, no files downloaded, no logs written.

Expected results

A file is downloaded, and added to current project

Project file & Debug log uploads

No logs are written with regard to the issue.
