Is there an existing issue for this problem?

  • I have searched the existing issues

OrcaSlicer Version

2.3.2

Operating System (OS)

Linux

OS Version

Linux Mint 22.3 & Arch Linux (CachyOS)

Additional system information

After adding a network printer that uses FLUIDD & Moonraker/Mainsail/Octoprint to handle jobs on my Creality K1 Printers, OrcaSlicer hangs for a couple of seconds and crashes when I click on the device tab. This happens with both my Laptop Running Arch Linux (CachyOS) and my desktop which runs Linux Mint 22.3
Both machines have an NVIDIA RTX 40XX Series GPU

Printer

Creality K1

How to reproduce

  1. add network printer using Moonraker Port
  2. Click on device tab after adding STL file
  3. OrcaSlicer hangs for about 3 seconds then crashes

Actual results

The program crashes, hard to take a screen shot of that lol

Expected results

It should load the printer properties associated with the webserver that is setup within the rooted Creality printers.

Project file & Debug log uploads

It happens no matter what project file I use

Checklist of files to include

  • Log file
  • Project file

Anything else?

No response
