Printer

Creality Ender 3 V3 SE

How to reproduce

  1. Select a printer Creality Ender 3 V3 SE
  2. Upload the model
  3. Select a standard profile for 0.2 layers
  4. Select the layer height of 0.2mm, set the extrusion width to 0.22+
  5. If you set the layer height to 0.19, then the error does not occur

Actual results

An error will appear: "Line width too small"

Expected results

On the previous version of Orca, like 2.1..., when choosing a layer height of 0.2 mm and an extrusion width of 0.22, cutting took place without any problems.
I have many different print profiles saved for different types of plastic with an extrusion width of 0.22 mm and a layer height of 0.2 mm for Creality Endetr 3 v3 SE.
I decided on 11/27/25 to upgrade to the latest version of Orca, but I printed on printers Creality HI 3D with a 0.4 mm nozzle and there are no problems with a 0.2 mm layer, but on 11/28/25, having decided to print on Ender 3 v3 SE, a problem came out that had not been there before.
