Description

Replace some Simplified Chinese items with Traditional text in OrcaSlicer_zh_TW.po, fix '英制', and add missing translations
Fix perefences -> system language selector (Perefences.cpp): 繁体 -> 繁體
Two missing translation in text.js

Note: The zh_TW localization in the web directory (resources/web/data/text.js) isn't taking effect. The homepage text falls back to zh_CN despite the system language setting being Traditional Chinese.
