Is there an existing issue for this problem?

  • I have searched the existing issues

OrcaSlicer Version

2.3.1

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

Windows 11 25H2

Additional system information

No response

Printer

all

How to reproduce

Open the attached files and view the print order

Actual results

for the HDMI file with extra perimeters on overhangs, you can notice how the outermost perimeter is printed first into air

Image

for the sieve file observe the printing order for the walls for the hexagonal grid; changing the printing order of the walls for all three available models yields incorrect results, but the External/Internal model is the one that works best.
Here printed in the order Internal/External

Image

Expected results

The wall printing order follows the one chosen

Project file & Debug log uploads

Desktop.zip

Checklist of files to include

  • Log file
  • Project file

Anything else?

For the print order in the overhangs with extra perimeters I also tested the PR https://github.com/OrcaSlicer/OrcaSlicer/pull/10565
