kept "Project" presets as sub menu

BEFORE

requires additional process to pick one

AFTER

created an option in preferences. select one that fits your needs
used none as default value so users will notice change

All - shows all items in a sub menu like current release

None - Removes usage of sub menu like on old UI

By vendor - Groups by vendor

By type - Groups by filament type

BONUS TIP

you can use fancy names if you change filament types / vendors in presets for custom ordering
