Sovol SV07 Plus

How to reproduce

After install, having picked Sovol SV07 in the initial setup...

Printer appears in dropdown as "User presets" and "System presets"
Trying to add a filament with --Add/Remove filament--
Pick Custom Filament
Create new
No printers are listed under "We could create the filament presets for your following Printer:"
Close all dialogs ... lets 'add the printer?'
in printer dropdown pick "Create printer"
fill out form pick Sovol manufacturor and sv07 plus model; Create type "Create Printer"
On Import Presets... nothing is populated.
Picking SOVOL from select Vendor => triggers dialog "The printer model was not found, please reselect" => click Yes to continue
Picking Sovol SV07 Plus @ 0.4 nozzle => triggers dialog "The printer model was not found, please reselect" => click Yes to continue
Create from Template or Create based on Current Printer -- neither work
No Filament Preset Templates listed
No Process Preset Template listed.
Create => You have not yet chosen which printer preset to create based on. Please choose the vendor and model of
the printer

So I can't add a printer (even though I have system settings and user settings that seem to be a printer)
I can't add filaments as that requires you to have a printer in the system to select to add it to.

Actual results

"You have not yet chosen which printer preset to create based on. Please choose the vendor and model of
the printer"

Expected results

Some way to use the settings to make a printer OR some way to use the settings AS a printer for defining filaments.

I also tried building from source. Same issue.
