How to reproduce

Enable extra internal bridge

Actual results

Discontinuous bridge sections with the same angle. Caused by separate surfaces created by intersection with sparse infill and solid infill surfaces.

Four bridge layers on top of each other. Caused by lack of integration of extra bridge logic into bridge_over_infill.

Tiny bits of solid infill left from non-intersecting areas printed into air.

Expected results

bridge_over_infill looks very complicated but the implementation of second internal bridge needs to be reconsidered to be based on unsupported areas as with normal bridge generation.
