How to reproduce

Import SIRAYA Tech .3mf printer profile for PET-GF on the X1C (https://siraya.tech/pages/print-settings-download)
Open edit filament window

Save as a preset with a name as a user preset

it will immediately show as a custom filament

close orca slicer
open orca slicer
filament is not under custom filaments anymore and can't be selected as a filament type

Checking the directory that holds the .json for custom filaments shows it there, but the application does not.

Siraya Tech PET-GF X1C_1.zip

(It's entirely possible I'm missing something, but this behavior seems like a bug to me)

Expected results

Filament shows up to use under new instances of orca slicer
