Description

This PR introduces a new vendor and printer profile set for OpenEYE Peacock V2.

It adds the OpenEYE vendor definition, the Peacock V2 printer model, nozzle-specific printer variants (0.2 / 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm), and corresponding process profiles for common layer heights and print presets.
The profiles follow OrcaSlicer’s existing naming conventions and profile structure.

No existing profiles are modified, and no breaking changes are introduced.

Screenshots/Recordings/Graphs

N/A – no UI changes are included in this PR.

Tests

Verified that the profiles load correctly in OrcaSlicer
Confirmed that vendor, printer, and process profiles appear as expected
No errors reported in the application logs during profile loading
