How to reproduce

Slice a multi color print using the nightly release on macOS ARM.

This PR here has added an unguarded for WipeTower2 section using the uninitialised tcr.tool_change_start_pos hence the travel to a random float.

In addition, due to latest upstream wipe tower merges to support dual nozzle setups, the wipe tower bbox handling is broken for skirt generation as wipetower2 does not define a bbox API.
