Description

Now since the Fedora build is fixed, we can produce an RPM package.

Local tests on Fedora 43 confirm the produced rpm artefact working as expected.

Hopefully this aligns with the whole artifact build policy of this project.

I have used a default Fedora installation to test the produced RPM file.
