Add Elas filament profiles (PLA, PLA Pro, PETG, ASA) #1254

Description

This PR adds new filament profiles for Elas, a filament manufacturer that is commonly used in Türkiye.
The following materials are added to the global filament library:

PLA
PLA Pro
PETG
ASA

The profiles were not created using manufacturer-provided specifications.
Instead, they were derived by following OrcaSlicer’s documented filament calibration procedures step by step (temperature, flow, pressure advance, etc.) and evaluating the results accordingly.

There are no breaking changes and no external dependencies introduced.

N/A – this change only adds filament profile definitions and does not affect the UI.

Tests

Completed OrcaSlicer filament calibration procedures for each material
Verified that the resulting profiles slice correctly and can be selected without issues
Confirmed no impact on existing filament profiles
