Description

Introduces new G-code options for handling extrusion role changes at the process and filament levels.

The main goal separate the extrusion role change g-code from the machine to filament (e.g. set different fan speeds for infill) and process to save them without depending on the machine.

The g-code order used here is Machine -> Filament -> Process.
A power user feature inspired by a @rf47 comment.
