Custom Printer with RRF Duet3d 2 wifi

How to reproduce

Hi all, I've built a custom printer, with RRF (duet 3d 2 wifi).

The issues that I've found are:

Ironing: I canno't change the speed, because the aren't the setting;
In every print I've an error regarding Junction deviation settings (as attach), but I canno't change the value in the machine settings because the option is disable;

That's all for now, but I'm still working with configuration, so maybe I found other issues!

Ironing speeds must be change
