CPU: AMD 9800x3D
Memory: 32GB DDR5
Graphics: NVIDIA RTX 5070 12GB

Printer

Ender 3 S1 Pro

How to reproduce

Slice the provided project file
Viewing the brims you should see about half of them with an outer layer line offset one layer

Actual results

Expected results

I have replicated the issue on my work laptop. Windows 11, Intel I9
