Orca slicer buttons aren't there/no text. #1120

How to reproduce

Open Orca slicer.
Open any project.
Buttons don't exist/are blank.

Actual results

Buttons don't exist.

Expected results

UI is mostly blank,/can't slice or adjust settings or anything.

I want my buttons back, please. D:

Project file & Debug log uploads

No logs, as it isn't a crash, my buttons just poofed.

Ive tried asking in the Discord where MxBrnr guided me to do a config reset, but it did not fix the issue, and I was then pointed to here as a last resort.

I've tried updating the slicer.
I've tried the Windows download on the Orca webpage.
I've tried the portable download on the Orca webpage.
I've tried completely deleting the slicer from my pc and reinstalling from the github.

None of the statements above has fixed my issue.
