How to reproduce

Open Orca
Select any scarf seam mode (contour or contour and hole)
The setting will not be visible.

Actual results

The Scarf Joint Flow Ratio setting will not be visible. The control panel looks like this:

Expected results

The control should be visible, like the one seen in this picture
