Is there an existing issue for this problem?

  • I have searched the existing issues

OrcaSlicer Version

nightly

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

windows 11

Additional system information

At small scales, travel moves are approximated with relatively large straight segments, which results in visibly rough motion and unnecessary sharp direction changes.

Image

Printer

ender3 pro

How to reproduce

Thin 10mm cylinder with 0.4 wall. "Dont cross wals feature" enabled

Actual results

"long" straight lines

Expected results

Arcs just like was in previous layer path

Project file & Debug log uploads

test_three.zip

Checklist of files to include

  • Project file

Anything else?
