blue screen and options reset #1093

ender 3 s1 plus

How to reproduce

in exact moment of clicking on save edited filament profile (PA was edited) i got bsod and after restart orca slicer is opened like for the first time and message that slicer settings profile is corrupted or something about that, dont remember exact message. printer and filament profiles are ok. i had chrome and arduino ide opened. also window of slicer is now moving weirdly while dragged with mouse like it is controlled with joystick.
