Is there an existing issue for this problem?

  • I have searched the existing issues

OrcaSlicer Version

2.3.1

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

w10

Additional system information

i7 - 10ºgen
16 gb ram
w10

Printer

Anycubic kobra

How to reproduce

Good afternoon,

I am facing an issue with my Anycubic Kobra printer (1st gen – 2022), direct drive, using PLA filament from Print a Lot.
I slice the part and start the print, but after approximately 10 layers the extruder stops printing and the motor stops rotating.

I have already tried changing the SD card, formatting it, and checking the extruder, but the issue persists. However, when a friend slices the file on his PC, it works correctly and the print runs normally.

I would also like to add that when I use version 2.2.0 on my PC, this problem never occurs, but with version 2.3.1 the issue appears.

I have a video showing the issue, and I no longer know what to do.

Actual results

extruder stops

Expected results

The extruder continues extruding

Project file & Debug log uploads

teste suporte relogio.zip
