UI: Hint texts sometimes are "invisible" + wiki links lead to the old URL #1043

How to reproduce

Note: This problem does not always occur, but it does occur very often.

Enable Dark mode in the settings
Slice any model
Check the hints text in the bottom-right panel - the main text of the him will not be visible (probably due to the wrong font color, but I am not sure)
Click on the Wiki link if a hint contains it - it will lead to the old Wiki (can be fixed by editing resources\data\hints.ini

Actual results

Also, all the links lead to the old Wiki URL.

Expected results

Font color of the hints text should be white(-ish).
Wiki links should lead to the new Wiki URL.
