Affected printer profile

All profiles are affected

How to reproduce

Add a basic cube
Set an infill pattern which supports Symmetric infill Y axis
Create a modifier (or cut the cube vertically) and modify the Symmetric infill Y axis setting
Slice
Infill is not symmetric

Actual results

The described setup in OrcaSlicer:
