Using any line width below 2.5mm in the picture above would make the overhang print in the air and fail.
the issue is that using a line width that large on the entire print would render smaller details unprintable and use more filament than necessary

Solution:

1: Create Variable Line Width option in the overhang section where you can input the max overhang % you will allow and a maximum layer width (or use the max volumetrix flow as a clamp)

2: make approprate surrounding changes so that a layer width that large can be applied on the overhang
