I cannot create an API key

go to settings / api key,
click generate new key
Type the name of the key and click generate
then nothing, just a white flash on the browser and back the the api key table page

Expected behavior
it is supposed to generate a new key

System:

Open Archiver Version:0.4.0

Relevant logs:

installed using docker on synology
