Describe the bug
I'm trying to install openarchiver using komodo with it's repos feature.
All container start and I can access openarchiver but it redirects to /signin

I already deleted all volumes, container and files locally on the server (/var/lib/docker/volumes/)
The STORAGE_LOCAL_ROOT_PATH exists but is empty.

Expected behavior
How can I get/force the setup page?
