Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's a problem to me, since emails that sit in "Draft" for an extended period of time end up being archived multiple (20+) times. It may be only my workflow but I do have a lot of emails that stay in draft mode. I keep coming back, add something but still need to keep in Draft since it's not complete.

Describe the solution you'd like
During setup, even better: when an ingestion source is active, I want to choose which folders to ingest or at least be able to explicitly exclude folders.

Describe alternatives you've considered
For my particular ask, excluding "Drafts" with the ALL_INCLUSIVE_ARCHIVE environment variable would suffice.

Additional context
Now when I click through my mail archive I see tens (soon: hundreds) of wip-email that got ingested over and over again only because I am slow at finishing that darn email.
