When uploading a PST via the new Ingestion Source screen it looks to be uploading the PST before then erroring. This is on the latest version at the time (0.4.1)

To Reproduce
Upload a PST (size is 16GB)

Open Archiver Version: 0.4.1

Relevant logs:
[1] [1] Proxy request failed: Error: aborted
[1] [1] at abortIncoming (node:_http_server:838:17)
[1] [1] at socketOnClose (node:_http_server:832:3)
[1] [1] at Socket.emit (node:events:531:35)
[1] [1] at TCP. (node:net:346:12)
[1] [1] at TCP.callbackTrampoline (node:internal/async_hooks:130:17) {
[1] [1] code: 'ECONNRESET'
[1] [1] }

a cmall 10mb PST does upload so it may be some sort of time out.
