Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, user access and email ingestion require a lot of manual setup. There's no built-in support for single sign-on (SSO), and each email account must be configured individually. This limits scalability and usability, especially for organizations with many users or dynamic email environments.

Describe the solution you'd like

SSO Integration: Support for authentication via external identity providers like Authentik
, allowing users to securely log in and access only their own archived emails. This would be a huge improvement for privacy, usability, and access control.

Native Mail Server Integration: A feature to connect Open Archiver to a mail server (e.g., Mailcow, or via a catch-all mailbox) to automatically ingest all incoming emails without having to configure every single account separately. Native integration with Mailcow would be especially powerful for small providers and internal IT teams.

Describe alternatives you've considered

For SSO: Manually creating and managing user accounts, but this doesn’t scale and introduces privacy concerns.

For mail ingestion: Setting up individual IMAP connections per user or relying on third-party scripts, which increases complexity and maintenance burden.

Additional context
Thank you for the amazing work on Open Archiver! It's a fantastic project with great potential, and I really appreciate the effort you've put into building and sharing it with the community.
