Describe the bug
I want to change the language to german.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Settings' change to "German (Deutsch)"
Click on 'Save Chnage'
See error -> "Cross-site POST form submissions are forbidden"

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

System:

Open Archiver Version: 0.3.4

Relevant logs:
Any relevant logs (Redact sensitive information)
