Describe the bug
When trying to import an EML Zip file I get the error "Upload Failed, please try again {} "

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to "Create Ingestion Source"
Click on "EML Import"
Select EML Zip file from local source
Get Error

Expected behavior
Importing of EML as expected
