Describe the bug
Whenever a PST file is added as a Source, the following error appears after selecting the file to import:
Upload Failed, please try again
{}

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Ingestions -> Create New
Change Provider to PST Import
Click on Browse under PST and select a file.
The error will appear in the top-right side of the browser window.

Expected behavior
Expect the file to be uploaded correctly.

Open Archiver Version: 0.3.3

Relevant logs:
None

Additional context
Tried over http:// and https:// connections, same behavior.
Tried changing the BODY_SIZE_LIMIT to 1000M (from the default of 100M), same behavior.
