Describe the bug
When your are on the dashboard, the chart will increase and decrease its own size about 100x times per second, resulting in a really weird visual bug. The video below is captured at a very low frame rate and will show it clearly. The effect happens much faster in real speed. The pie chart is completely unreadable due to this. Browser zoom level appears to be relevant. Zooming out to 70% of real size will make the chart behave again. Please try adjusting your browser zoom level to reproduce this bug.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install OpenArchiver
Open the dashboard
Look at the chart (data or no data, doesn't matter)

Expected behavior
The chart should stay the same size
