Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In case the new flag ENABLE_DELETION=false the button is still visible in the front. If I click the button I will asked so that I am sure to delete this mail. If I click Delete a error msg appears with an error that the mail can not be deleted.

Describe the solution you'd like
Remove the "Delete"-Button in case the Flag is set to true, so that the user is not able to click it. This will increase the usabillity
