63029bb396 Clean old migration. 
New seeder method allows most all of this migration to occur in the
seeder, aside from renaming a few duplicate keys.

70db461075 Start push of service changes. 
Changes the way service files are stored and allows for much easier
updates in the future that won’t affect custom services.

Also stores more configurations in the database to make life easier for
everyone.

e0696900bb Fix issue that would prevent Ark servers from being added to servers. 
Renamed migration file to force it to re-run on previously migrated
