Implement unlimited local avatar favs with VRC+ requirement.
* Reflect avatar fav changes in translations
Modify translation files to use the same string used for world favs since it's the same now.
* Local avatar fav UI behaviour changes
* Add select avatar button to avatar favs
* Disable select avatar button if already wearing it
